for Improved Skills Training

DBS Associates have successfully run a range of open programmes over the years that are primarily designed to enhance customer-facing relationships.  sales management opne courseOpen programmes are successful because they bring together a mix of individuals from differing sectors whose common aim is to improve their skills in the chosen subjects. The delegates who attend learn as much from one another as from the course content. They share experiences and build on one another’s strengths.

We are happy to accept up to three delegates from a client company so that they can form a learning community between themselves and encourage one another to implement the training back in the workplace after the course has ended.

Individuals may come along to a course to ‘catch up’ with colleagues who have previously attended an in-company programme.

These open courses are fully residential and fees are inclusive of training materials, accommodation and meals.
